We have five units guest house, 4 efficiency units and 1 studio unit.

Unit 1 and 2 - Efficiency with one bedroom, full bath and combined full kitchen and living room.  The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and a closet/drawer cabinet.  A roll away is available as requested.  The living room has a full size Simmons futon, 27" television with Dish network local channel and HBO, and, a DVD to watch movies. A phone is available for local calls only, so bring your personal cell phone with roaming profile for long distance call.   WIFI is also available so bring your wireless laptop.  The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, pots and pans, utensils and other items needed for a full kitchen.  Maximum occupancy = 4 adults Daily Rate $70.00.

Unit 3 - Studio with full bath and combined full kitchen and living room.  The unit is equipped with a queen size bed, full size futon and a closet/drawer cabinet.  A roll away is available as requested.  The living has a 27" television with Dish network local channel and HBO, and, a DVD to watch movies. A phone is available for local calls only, so bring your personal cell phone with roaming profile for long distance call.    WIFI is also available so bring your wireless laptop. .   The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, pots and pans, utensils and other items needed for a full kitchen.   Maximum occupancy = 3.   Daily Rate $65.00
