We have five units guest house, 4 efficiency units and 1 studio unit.

Unit 1 and 2 - Efficiency with one bedroom, full bath and combined full kitchen and living room.  The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and a closet/drawer cabinet.  A roll away is available as requested.  The living room has a full size Simmons futton, 27" television with Dish network local channel and HBO, and, a DVD to watch movies. A phone is available for local calls only, so bring your personal cell phone with roaming profile for long distance call.  .  The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, pots and pans, utensils and other items needed for a full kitchen.  Maximum occupancy = 4  Daily Rate $70.00,   Please call or send an email for weekly or monthly rate.

Unit 3 - Studio with full bath and combined full kitchen and living room.  The unit is equipped with a queen size bed, full size futton and a closet/drawer cabinet.  A roll away is available as requested.  The living has a 27" television with Dish network local channel and HBO, and, a DVD to watch movies.
